Mr.Loga
Veeramuthu is the principal consultant and Executive Director with TSS. He is
currently on the roster of Independent Consultants with the World
Bank and Asian Development Bank. His country experience includes Malaysia,
Australia, New Zealand, Brunei and India. Some of the major

Mr.Loga
Veeramuthu’s experience ranges from Strategic Transportation Planning,
Traffic Engineering, Traffic Forecasting, Public Transport Planning, Light
Rail Transit Planning, Traffic and Transportation Modelling. He has
substantial experience in negotiating with Government on Transport Concession
Agreements, working with financial institutions on Project Financing and
overall Project Economics.
Mr.Loga
Veeramuthu has also initiated Privatised Transport projects from a Conceptual
Stage to the Implementation Stage. In addition, he has identified and
evaluated potential Transport Privatisation projects. Mr.Loga Veeramuthu
has been instrumental in the development of a number of Transport
privatisation initiatives in Malaysia, particularly the Klang Valley.
