Transport Schemes and Systems Sdn Bhd (TSS) is a Malaysian specialist Transport Privatisation, Planning and Management Consultancy established in 1999. The company provides services to both the Public and Private sector and operates out of the Klang Valley in Malaysia.

TSS was set up to provide consultancy services in Strategic Transport Planning, Conceptual Design, Implementation and Operations of Transport Schemes, Public Transport Systems and Development Projects. The firm also provides specialist advisory services in the field of Transport Privatisation particularly at the Project Development stage. The firm undertakes overall management of transport privatisation projects from conceptual stage through the development stage to the signing of the Concession Agreement with the Government.

TSS has the strength and ability to contribute to all stages of projects from Strategy, through Design to Implementation and Operations.
